Most of our properties are in St Paul, near the University of Minnesota St Paul campus. We

have two properties in the Mac Groveland neighborhood.

Most location have off-street parking which is free for tenants.

We do not have garages. There are two locations with carports. 1404 Raymond Ave, the

carports are $40 per month. You can be added to a waiting list if there’s no Availability.

2076 Como Ave. has a Carport which spaces are assigned to specific Apartments.

The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. The security deposit must be paid in full

when you sign the lease paperwork.

1. Contact us that you want to rent the apartment.

2. First step is complete the online rental application (all roommates)

3. If approved, we email the lease paperwork to you for your signature(s)

4. You will activate the portal to complete all necessary paperwork.

5. You must pay the security deposit in full within 24 hours of receiving the lease

paperwork. NOTE: The apartment is not rented to you until the paperwork is signed by

all parties and the security deposit is paid in full.

6. You pay the first month’s rent no later than the first day of the month.

7. You will need to contact Xcel Energy prior to moving in to put the utilities in your name.

Xcel Energy will shut off the power if you do not contact them.

In most cases, we require a twelve-month lease.

Complete a work order through the tenant portal.

Cats are allowed. There is a $30 monthly pet fee.

We allow dogs under 30 pounds in the duplex rentals. The monthly pet fee is $55 for dogs.

There are breed restrictions that are imposed by our insurance provider.
